PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR ORDER

This is an automated system so once your order is submitted we can not make changes. No additions, deletions or changing sizing or cancellations. So, it is very important that you read over your order carefully before submitting it.

Orders can not be cancelled as a copy of the Order Confirmation comes to me, the order fulfilment center and a copy to the Orange Shirt Society.

If you are trying to get a shipping estimate, please put the items in the cart and continue to advance through the site. Your freight cost will be calculated before you need complete the order.

Please do not use the Purolator or Canada Post shipping date estimates as we are frequently needing extra days to pull and pack orders. Please check the notes on the product page to get estimate for pulling and packing orders.

We ship from BC so Purolator ground to BC is one day, Alberta allow 2 days, Saskatchewan & Manitoba allow 3 days, Ontario 4 days, Quebec and beyond allow 5 – 7 days. THIS IS FOR URBAN AREAS. For remote areas there will be additional time required. THAT IS IN ADDITION TO THE PULL AND PACK DAYS NEEDED.

Please include your phone #. We include that with the waybill, that way if there is a problem with delivery Purolator can get in touch with you to arrange delivery.

We  are going to do a special order for these shirt now that the supplier has more blanks in stock. I will turn the back order on and leave it on until December 7. At that time we will close it off and will order blanks and have them printed and then sent to the Order Fulfillment center for packing & shipping. So these will ship mid-December 2018 ~ Patricia
